We offer refunds only within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You have used AlgoMax consistently for the full 30-day period.

  2. You have not received a lead during this time.

Definition of a Lead

For the purpose of this refund policy, a lead is defined as a contact containing the following details:

  • Name

  • Contact Number

  • Email Address

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Failure to use AlgoMax consistently during the 30-day period.

  • Receipt of at least one lead as per the above definition.

  • Any misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with AlgoMax’s intended use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request to info@first-4.com within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Provide evidence of consistent AlgoMax usage over the 30-day period.

  3. Confirm that no leads were received during this time.

Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7-14 business days.
